Centenary Exhibition "DALÍ multifaceted"
Exhibitions celebrating the centenary of the birth of Salvador Dali (1904–1989), one of the leading artists of the 20th century, were held throughout the world in 2004. A part of this Dali centenary project, this exhibition was organized with the full cooperation of the Fondació Gala-Salvador Dali in Spain, and the Salvador Dali Museum in the United States. In addition to 40 oils, the more than 180 exhibits included manuscripts, drawings, advertising designs, documentary photography, stage costumes, and furniture on special loan from Fondació Gala-Salvador Dali, amply demonstrating the multifaceted universe of Dali and his exceptional talent and enthusiasm evident in all areas of creation.
